Studio Director

Perspire Sauna Studio of Valencia seeks a full-time Studio Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest service.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading a Consistently High-Performing Team: You will be a hands-on leader, providing continuous feedback and coaching to your staff to ensure they meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Working with Guests: You will work closely with guests to deliver exceptional service and ensure their needs are met.
• Minding the Details: You will be responsible for ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun and professional environment.

• A proven track record of leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the ability to inspire others.
• Open availability, as our locations are open early and close late 7 days a week.
• A history of excellence and a desire to continuously develop new skills.
