  • Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crew members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement landscaping plans and designs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all landscaping areas are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our landscaping efforts are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the club.
  • Manage and maintain all landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement budgets and schedules for landscaping projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in professional landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license to operate club vehicles.
  • Knowledge of landscaping plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managerial experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of golf course maintenance and management.
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish.
