Position Overview:
The Shooting Club Customer Service Representative is committed to delivering exceptional service that surpasses the expectations of our guests and members.

This role involves actively embracing the service standards of Omni Hotels & Resorts, adhering to safety protocols, and acquiring the knowledge necessary to assist guests with their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
Consistently exemplify and take ownership of tasks required to uphold the Omni Service Tradition.

Ensure adherence to all Omni MOS standards in every interaction. Responsibilities include tracking MOS evaluations, documenting minutes, reporting on monthly meetings, conducting monthly inventory, managing Birchstreet supply orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Demonstrate a commitment to minimizing the risk of injury to guests and team members, as well as protecting our property and that of others.


Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and demonstrate this knowledge by responding appropriately in emergency situations.

Share information about the resort and its offerings, accurately communicating daily events, operational hours, and activity details to guests and team members.

Effectively manage a busy office environment, handling phone inquiries and communicating with guests, season pass holders, members, and fellow associates.

Address all guest requests with a positive attitude and ensure timely completion.

Utilize time management skills in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Exhibit strong computer proficiency.

Assist with scheduling for associates, planning special events, and creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Support guest bookings and scheduling.

Manage associate uniform orders.

Additional Responsibilities:
Order supplies by initiating purchase requisitions.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the desk area.

Accurately maintain and record ammunition logs.

Tools and Equipment:
Computer, radio, Excel, POS system.

Work Environment:
Shooting club desk and adjacent areas.
