The Clinical Supervisor LCSW is a key member of the Counseling4Kids team, responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to licensed therapists, case managers, and practicum students. This role involves direct supervision, hands-on coaching, direction, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists, case managers, and practicum students, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve supervisees' skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in supervising licensed therapists, case managers, and practicum students.
  • Strong clinical and administrative skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to mental health services.
