Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to social work staff, ensuring they meet compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical and program activities, including unit goals, objectives, and standards of performance.
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities and address deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Ensure social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work required.
  • Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Minimum two (2) years as a Lead Social Worker or its equivalency.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform skills of an administrative nature.
  • Provide Clinical Supervision to clinical services staff.
  • Ability to train staff on case management, clinical/diagnostic, legal, and ethical issues affecting the clinical services department and hospital.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of clinical, administrative, professional, and non-professional staff.
