Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clientele while consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Setting personal income objectives aligned with dealership productivity standards and developing strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Following up on sales inquiries and leads.
  • Negotiating pricing with customers.
  • Collaborating with sales management to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of the automotive inventory, including features, conditions, and warranty details.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance to enhance time management and planning.
  • Conducting vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrating features to guests.
  • Accompanying clients on test drives.
  • Introducing customers to service department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of available service and maintenance.
  • Assisting clients with leasing and financing options.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in automotive sales (preferred).
  • A proven track record of sales success from previous employment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • A valid state driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Internet usage, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • The ability to meet or exceed dealership sales quotas.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire for a long-term career.
  • A professional appearance and impeccable integrity.
