  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to promotional initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.
  • Must reflect the organization's core values and be open to occasional travel.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
  • Regular standing and walking throughout shifts.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 pounds.
