Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Acrisure Arena Ambassador Program. As an Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness of Acrisure Arena and Berger Foundation Iceplex, fostering connections in the community, and collecting valuable data to inform our initiatives.
This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $20. Benefits for PT roles include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
Responsibilities
As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Distributing promotional materials in strategic locations within the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas.
- Ensuring that collateral is effectively placed to reach target demographics and maximize visibility.
- Monitoring inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinating replenishment when needed.
You will also be responsible for:
- Promoting Acrisure Arena and Iceplex at local community events and initiatives.
- Transporting, setting up, and breaking down event materials at designated locations.
- Interacting with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our Arena and Iceplex and upcoming shows and programs.
- Distributing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise, to increase awareness and drive interest in our events.
- Conducting engaging activities, such as giveaways, sweepstakes, and interactive games, to collect data and retain attendee attention.
You will also be responsible for:
- Completing and presenting monthly reports that provide an overview of key metrics of our outreach efforts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience in event set-up and/or sales.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with the public.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is desirable.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
