Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Service Worker to join our team at Advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling to program residents, following individualized plans to increase independence and achieve goals.
  • Supervise daily activities of program residents and work collaboratively on a team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist with medication management, finances, and help residents integrate into the community.
  • Develop and document Individualized Action Plans (IAPs), Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and other reviews with clients.
  • Monitor and document medication administration, provide crisis intervention, and access emergency services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Ability to utilize basic computer applications
  • Commitment to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued
