We're seeking a Sales Professional to provide an exceptional experience to our valued customers. In this role, you will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products, and meet individual and team sales goals.

Your Role at Kay JewelersAs a member of our Sales Team, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service, engaging customers in conversation, presenting merchandise, and meeting sales goals. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, including those looking for special occasions or everyday essentials.

We're looking for individuals who possess strong customer service and sales skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation packages, including base pay ($18.00 - $24.00), medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance (full-time team members), 401(k), paid time off (full-time and part-time team members), paid holidays (full-time team members), tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.
