About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to develop relationships with current and prospective members, advise on insurance features and benefits, and cross-sell policies based on identified needs. The successful candidate will directly impact the Credit Union's core purpose of helping people improve their financial lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and service insurance policies that protect individuals and businesses from financial loss.
  • Seek out new clients and develop clientele through sales leads, referrals, networking, marketing, and cold-calling.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs.
  • Interview prospective clients to gather data and explain policy features, advantages, and disadvantages.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • An active Property & Casualty insurance license.
