Sales Territory Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Expansion Specialist to join our team at Stauffer Glove & Safety. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing buying cycles, customer needs, and creating a customer-supplier relationship with potential customers within the local region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0-5 years of sales experience in the safety distribution, industrial distribution, or MRO industries, with a proven track record of success growing, managing, and maintaining a substantial client base in large metropolitan regions.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires daily travel to assigned geographic territories, with occasional overnight travel to service assigned territories or attend regional sales meetings, trade conferences, and continued education.
