Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Deployment Specialist to join our team for an 18-month contract. This role will focus on the implementation of Epic, a leading healthcare software solution.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and location. This range reflects the average compensation for similar roles in the Cleveland area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform device activities, including inventory, assessment, deployment, and troubleshooting (TDR), as documented in a consistent manner.
  • Ensure that all project-related activities in each wave are completed in accordance with customer direction.
  • Effectively escalate any issues for resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of experience or internship in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of computer products and technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Reliability and eagerness to learn new skills.
Work Environment

This role will involve working in a hospital setting, with multiple locations across Cleveland requiring site-to-site driving. Mileage compensation is provided at $0.62 per mile.
