Job Title: Weekend Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Hospice Nurse to join our team at Suncrest Hospice. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide clinical care and services to a group of hospice patients, visiting them in their homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
  • Complete admissions and patient visits as needed, utilizing strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Answer calls from patients, families, and customers, providing timely and empathetic responses.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing with one year of experience under license.
  • Admissions and on-call experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
