Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Midwest City. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Plan and implement electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, using knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions, using aerial bucket trucks and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of electrical systems, including circuitry, wiring, and electrical apparatus.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as an Electrical Journeyman with the Oklahoma State Department of Health Electrical Division, City of Oklahoma City, City of Midwest City, and City of Del City.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Oklahoma Operators License for motor vehicles and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions. The noise level will be moderate to high, and the employee must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
