Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mom's Meals. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with production staff to facilitate scheduled changeovers and repairs
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve equipment operating performance
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to maintenance, tests, and repairs
  • Train Machine Operators on proper equipment setup and adjustment
  • Perform facilities maintenance, including general construction and repair work
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant machine maintenance experience
  • Experience working with gas-fired equipment and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of refrigeration, ammonia systems, heating, boilers, pneumatics, and/or PLCs is highly desirable
  • Preventive maintenance skills and experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules
