Our People Operations team is seeking a dedicated individual to spearhead cultural initiatives, facilitate onboarding processes, and provide high-level administrative assistance to the Co-founders of Vitally.
This position will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance Vitally's organizational culture, both in-person and remotely.Each day will present new challenges; we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a versatile skill set.
This is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring in-office attendance on designated days.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Organize and lead both virtual and in-person company events focused on cultural initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Independently manage various ad-hoc projects regularly, embracing a generalist approach.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive thinker who identifies opportunities and proposes effective solutions.
