This position will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance Vitally's organizational culture, both in-person and remotely.

Each day will present new challenges; we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a versatile skill set.

This is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring in-office attendance on designated days.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Organize and lead both virtual and in-person company events focused on cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Independently manage various ad-hoc projects regularly, embracing a generalist approach.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a People or HR-related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
