Job Summary

As a Culinary Specialist with the Van Buren School District, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff by maintaining a clean and sanitized food service area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to students and staff in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with cafeteria staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push.
