About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Technical Lead who will manage the technical aspects of a contract supporting a critical national security mission. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical solutions to our government customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical aspects of a contract supporting a critical national security mission.
  • Develop and execute plans to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical solutions to government customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with government customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in software development, networking, virtualization, computer forensics, systems engineering, penetration testing, defensive cyberspace operations, and Linux administration.
  • Proven experience managing teams of at least 5 personnel.
  • Proven experience managing technical solutions to government contracts of a value of at least $25M.
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
