Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Liaison to join our team at Houston Methodist. As a Patient Liaison, you will serve as an advocate for patient satisfaction, ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a patient advocate, interpreting and communicating hospital policies, procedures, and services to patients and their families.
  • Receive and resolve patient grievances, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with department management and other hospital personnel to ensure a satisfying hospital experience for patients.
  • Provide personalized care and service, consistently demonstrating our I CARE values: INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, ACCOUNTABILITY, RESPECT, and EXCELLENCE.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of experience as a patient liaison or comparable healthcare/customer service/conflict resolution experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
