Job Summary:

Retina Consultants of Texas is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing referring provider relationships, cultivating new business opportunities, and executing various business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to increase visibility of services and referrals
Analyze data to determine opportunities for growth
Problem solve to maintain healthy referral relationships
Organize plans with research prior to visiting referring providers
Promote and engage providers in continuing education events
Distribute branded materials to increase brand awareness
Provide educational handouts and resources to improve patient education
Monitor competition and gather feedback from referral sources
Document and report visits on a weekly basis

Requirements:

High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum three years outside healthcare service sales experience
Proven sales and marketing track record
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Abilities:
Ability to drive to multiple locations on a daily/weekly basis
Ability to walk through facilities to meet physician and staff
Ability to lift and carry marketing material and company laptop
