Multimedia Specialist

The University of Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for various communications platforms, including print and electronic materials.

• Develop and maintain unit-wide brand resources and guidance.
• Design and produce print and electronic materials, including graphics, for digital newsletters, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Assist with content creation and maintenance of communications platforms, including the garden's website and social media channels.
• Participate in State Botanical Garden events to document program projects and accomplishments for use in print and electronic communications.

• Experience in digital media, communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience with print and electronic communications or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, videography, and photography.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills.
• Good skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.

• Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Demonstrated experience with content management systems.
• Demonstrated experience producing visual assets for digital platforms, including social media.
