Corsair Gaming Warehouse Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Corsair Gaming. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities to support the production functions for both Scuf Controllers and Origin Computers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small group of associates responsible for providing raw materials to Scuf and Origin production operations.
  • Coordinate with production leads to manage work orders and ensure seamless replenishment of inventory to meet production requirements.
  • Manage work orders utilizing Oracle system.
  • Manage a "warehouse within a warehouse" to replenish, pick, and cycle count inventory in support of supplying production with raw materials.
  • Resolve issues concerning inventory variances.
  • Ensure safety and security of employees and product.
  • Oversee procurement of warehouse supplies needed for the area.
Requirements:
  • Some college or bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Must be reliable in attendance and job duties.
  • Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills, including a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and manage various individuals to work together to achieve the same goal.
  • Understanding of planning, shipping, and inventory systems.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to pass background screening and pre-employment drug test.
