Lean Methodology Application:
Apply lean principles to streamline warehouse operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Standard Operating Procedures:

Gather and evaluate data to assess the success of lean initiatives and support informed decision-making.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align lean efforts with broader business goals.

Project Leadership:
Oversee lean projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired results.

Performance Monitoring:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of lean initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.

Skills and Training:
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with proficiency in lean tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping). Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

Experience:
