As a Bilingual Customer Service Account Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our insurance products and services. You will also be involved in making daily sales and marketing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
