Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a world-renowned respiratory care department, providing comprehensive care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert respiratory care services, including mechanical ventilation, NPPV, and HFOV, to patients in various critical care settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer nitric oxide, Heliox, and aerosolized antibiotics as needed.
  • Assist with bronchoscopies, percutaneous tracheostomy insertions, and other procedures.
  • Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to the development of new treatments and protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Co ARC approved respiratory care program with a minimum of an Associate's degree.
  • Valid MA respiratory care license in good standing.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the NBRC.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCL) certification.
