Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
This is an ongoing opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a critical member of the patient care team within the department, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
- Collaborate fully with other care team members to promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care.
- Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, providing a high level of service to patients and families.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
- Completion of BLS and ACLS certification within 3 months of employment preferred; within 6 months required.
- Minimum three years of catheterization lab experience preferred.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred, required within two years of start of employment.
- No documented corrective action over the last year of employment.
- Experience with precepting new employee(s) on at least one occasion preferred.
