CRNA for El Paso Anesthesia Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRNA to join our team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in anesthesiology, with a focus on providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Performing pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and develop appropriate plans of care.
- Selecting and administering anesthesia medications and techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing post-anesthesia care and follow-up evaluation to ensure a smooth recovery process.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited School of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office or similar setting.
- Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, as well as a valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and PALS certifications.
This is a salaried position, with an estimated annual salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
