Noble Anesthesia Partners is a reputable anesthesia group in Texas, committed to delivering exceptional quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in the Dallas division.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary of $185,000 for new graduates and up to $220,000 for experienced CRNAs who can work 5 days a week and perform cases independently. In addition to our generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and short-term and long-term disability coverage.
Job Description
As a CRNA with Noble Anesthesia Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients in surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and office-based settings. You will be part of a dynamic team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and registered nurses who share your commitment to excellence and patient safety. Your responsibilities will include administering anesthesia, managing post-anesthetic care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be a board-certified or eligible CRNA with a strong background in regional anesthesia training. You should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also required.
