  • Communicate pricing and class details to potential clients.
  • Conduct demonstrations of our equipment for new clients.
  • Guide new clients through studio tours.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure a smooth check-in and class experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our operational systems.
  • Assist management with daily studio functions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Understand and uphold our product knowledge and retail policies.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Keep the studio clean and organized for an optimal client experience.
  • Support inventory management at month-end.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with operational software is advantageous.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset are required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Physical ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Work Requirements:

Availability for a minimum of three shifts per week, with flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
