Position Overview: Our firm is in search of skilled wealth management consultants with a minimum of 4 years of experience who currently manage at least $100 million in fee-based assets under management (AUM) or demonstrate the potential to achieve this milestone. We offer qualified leads that will promote your services locally, positioning you as a leading wealth management consultant in your community. If you are bound by a non-compete or non-solicitation agreement, we are willing to work with you to navigate these challenges. To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent listening and communication skills, be a team player, and take pride in your contributions to client success. Upholding the highest ethical standards is essential.
- Compensation: $100,000+ annually, based on your current AUM.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or boutique firm.
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
- Possession of FINRA licenses 6, 7, 63, 66 (or 65) and Life & Health Insurance is mandatory.
- Management of a transferable book of business with a minimum of $20 million in AUM.
- A competitive yet collaborative spirit, with a passion for client service and growth.
- Clean U4/U5 record.
- Willingness to work remotely, with options for local office arrangements if preferred.
