Job Overview

The Store Supervisor is a key role within our retail operations, responsible for the day-to-day management of the store. This includes overseeing employee scheduling, inventory management, and closing duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the General Manager
  • Develop and implement effective employee schedules based on payroll hours
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations, including core and defect management
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and receipt
  • Assemble and fulfill customer orders within a 45-minute window
  • Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Schedule contract drivers based on company business needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving complaints
  • Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and deposits
  • Manage stock and parts, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front counter and warehouse
  • Supervise one or more employees, assigning tasks and duties as needed
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and customer management skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience
  • Highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Work Environment
