Job Overview

Speed Queen Blue Ridge is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the store's daily activities, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the store's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-unit or big box retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
