Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique health care needs of our residents.
  • Implement care plans effectively, prioritizing resident outcomes and ensuring adherence to physician's orders.
  • Administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform various treatments and procedures while meticulously documenting all actions as per company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and observational abilities.
