Job Title: Clinical Nurse - Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with cancer and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care by assessing and evaluating patient needs, applying critical thinking skills, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • NYS RN License
  • 2 years of med/oncology experience
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience
  • EPIC experience highly preferred
