Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team at the Institute for Comm Living. As a Social Worker, you will establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals and their families, utilizing professional social work skills to promote effective treatment outcomes.

About the Job: In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing individual psychiatric, medical, and case records, discussing issues with families and treatment teams, and conducting psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning. You will also provide social casework services, individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinate services with community providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Eligibility for Medicaid and Medicare participation.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
