Job Title: Personnel Security Specialist II

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Personnel Security Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the Architect of the Capitol's Personnel Security Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process personnel security forms, including receiving, reviewing, analyzing, and processing requests for congressional credentials, background investigations, and federal drug testing.
  • Monitor the AOC centralized portal system daily to track the status of applicant requests.
  • Schedule pre-employment drug tests and perform data entry duties related to personnel security processes.
  • Manage congressional credential management and process requests for additional information on security packages.
  • Provide technical assistance to applicants completing their congressional security forms and answer general security processing inquiries.
  • Prepare memoranda, reports, and other reference documents, and advise the Personnel Security Specialist when a candidate has failed to provide requested information.
  • Properly safeguard sensitive information, including Privacy Act Protected Information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and Classified National Security Information.
Requirements:
  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Minimum of four (4), preferably six (6), years of experience in Personnel Security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
