Field Service Technician Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Mindlance. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on qualifications.
You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment, installing and troubleshooting equipment in assigned territories, and communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment in assigned territories
- Install and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field (e.g., electronics, computer science) or relevant work experience
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Strong PC skills and basic electronic skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and prolonged travel
