Mobile Service Technician Specialist

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a vital role in expanding HYTORC's presence in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. Your primary responsibility will be to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit and perform repair and calibration needs, as well as provide technical consultations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical/technical experience and a proven track record of customer service/sales success.

Your day-to-day activities will include traveling throughout your territory to visit customers, initiating contact with new prospects to grow business, working with HYTORC Bolting Specialists within assigned territories, and combining technical expertise with company training to address customer needs. You will also be responsible for providing required reporting to the Repair Manager, adhering to company processes, procedures, documentation, safety standards, and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3 years of hands-on mechanical/technical experience, and a proven track record of working independently and within a team environment. A clean and valid driver's license is also required. This position pays a base salary of $60,000 plus a commission. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

You will be based in the southeastern United States and will require daily travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Some overnight travel is necessary, but you will have a safe and covered space at or near your home to keep the van overnight.
