Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Monitoring Technician to join our team at Medpace. This role will involve monitoring and responding to security events, utilizing CCTV and access control systems, and ensuring the integrity of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor exterior doors, building parameters, and sensitive areas using CCTV systems
  • Utilize access control systems to verify access and remotely unlock/lock access points
  • Respond to alarms, alerts, notifications, and other security events in a timely manner
  • Dispatch officers to alarm, disturbance, and escort requests as needed
  • Enter incident data into case management systems for record-keeping purposes
  • Ensure all security systems, equipment, and devices are functioning properly
  • Report safety and security incidents to the security supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience in a security-related function
  • Current and valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent sitting, standing, and walking
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures directed by work orders, peers, and/or supervisors
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and electronic work order systems
