Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure accurate billing, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Work alongside the executive team to align financial practices with company goals.
  • Lead internal staff management and foster collaboration across various departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles.
  • Exceptional managerial and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Enterprise.
