Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, providing leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure financial goals are met and risks are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and analysis.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity management, to ensure the organization's financial stability.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience within FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, with Dynamics 365 being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving business performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
