The Facilities Operations Assistant Leader is responsible for ensuring that all assets are safeguarded while maintaining a secure and tidy work environment. This role guarantees compliance with corporate operational policies and procedures.

Role Specifics:
- Oversee all aspects of the facility's operational processes.
- Manage the inbound and outbound product flow.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

• Act as the TLC Manager in their absence.
• Open and close the facility as necessary.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in day-to-day warehouse operations.
