Oversee scheduling, keep parents informed about events and field trips, maintain accurate records for children and staff, delegate cleaning responsibilities, conduct staff evaluations, procure necessary materials, collaborate with high school programs for teaching and childcare, participate in the hiring process, coordinate training for new hires, organize professional development sessions, ensure employee attendance is recorded, prepare for licensing inspections, and keep ownership informed as required.
Financial Oversight:
Manage the facility's budget and oversee payroll processing using ADP and Brightwheel software.
The Assistant Director will provide support to the Director in all aspects of the role.
