Job Overview

This is a high-volume call center environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk Technician. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and develop your skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track client interactions using our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ months' experience in a technical customer service role
  • Experience with password reset and VPN technology is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
