About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at Harborview Behavioral Health Center. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and reviews of events, including allegations of rights violations, abuse, neglect, and grievances.
  • Collect, evaluate, and report data on incidents, adverse events, seclusion, restraint, and staff injuries.
  • Assist with internal audits and maintain organized documentation for timely and accurate reporting to corporate and external entities.
  • Ensure event reports are reviewed daily and prepared for discussion with management.
  • Manage filing, presentation preparation, and report collection in an organized and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of current experience in Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements from company, client agency, and accreditation bodies.
