Job Summary

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing HR-related support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with external Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and agencies to facilitate HR-related activities.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
• Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR support or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy in work.
