About the Job:
Penn State Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a nursing role in Enola, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, providing advice on health maintenance and disease prevention as needed.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, ensuring timely intervention and effective treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, innovative, and specialized care to patients in the community.

Requirements:
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to orientation completion required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance with no waiting period.
