**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Expert in Skin and Wound Care to join our team at the Children's Hospital Of The King's Daughters. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide expert guidance and support to staff members in the delivery of skin and wound care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develops and implements evidence-based guidelines for skin and wound care, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
* Provides ongoing consultation and support to staff members in the delivery of skin and wound care, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.
* Conducts comprehensive assessments of skin and wound care practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address gaps.

**Requirements:**
* Current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or a Registered Nurse holding a valid compact state license.
* Active certification with the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board as a CWCN, CWON, or CWOCN.
* Master's degree in nursing is required. May consider a BSN for internal nurse candidates with applicable experience and active enrollment in a master's program within 1 year of completion from date of hire.
* Five to seven years of experience in skin and wound care, with a focus on clinical practice and education.
