Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
The LPN will be responsible for:
  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and timely, consistent with the plan of care.
  • Providing education and support to patients and families, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
  • Collaborating with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement care plans, as well as assist with specialized procedures and duties.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid LPN license with at least one year of work experience.
  • CPR certification and PPD certification.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance, employee recognition programs, paid in-service training, overtime opportunities, and flexible scheduling.
